If you need an earlier or later appointment time please contact me directly *APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel an appointment please contact me directly to cancel within two business days of your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made outside of that timeframe will be charged 50% of service(s) booked. *Same day cancellations, or no shows will be charged 100% of service(s) booked. *If booking multiple services at once, you are agreeing to receive all services booked- in store cancellations will still be charged as a same day cancellation. *No refunds will be issued for any cancellations or services*
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please call or text directly within 48 hours of your appointment time to cancel or reschedule. Failure to give 48 hour notice will result in a no show fee that is 50% of your booked service ‘DAY OF’ NO SHOWS and CANCELLATIONS WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF SERVICE BOOKED.
